An annual awards ceremony with a life-saving purpose.
American Legacy Foundation Honors pays tribute to leaders in business, entertainment, government, media and public health that are working to make the dream of a tobacco-free world a reality.
Every year, the event raises much-needed funds that go directly to Legacy's life-saving programs to keep young people from starting to smoke, help smokers who are struggling to quit, and protect everyone from secondhand smoke. These programs include:

- Grants
- Priority Populations
- Research
